An historic farmhouse, it has been lovingly restored and renovated by the owners and expert craftsmanship over 3 years into a unique luxury ski chalet sleeping up to 15 guests, perfect for a fabulous ski holiday.
There are eight bedrooms, all with superb ensuite bathrooms. All rooms have fabulous views of the mountains and four rooms have south-facing balconies to enjoy the afternoon sunshine.
The beds feature fine linen and luxurious hypoallergenic mattresses made by award-winning Harrison Spinks. Six of the bedrooms can be configured as Super King size doubles or Twins and there are two standard King size double rooms.
All bathrooms feature baths with the exception of one of the standard Kings which has a large shower room (for single occupancy).

The sitting room features a large open fireplace, an extensive library and favourite board games and puzzles, including backgammon, chess, cards and scrabble.
There’s a large flat screen TV magically appearing at the touch of a button with a DVD player and a Bose Sound Touch bluetooth speaker. The room features prints by the British artists Howard Hodgkin and Rachel Whiteread.
Should you need to be in touch with the office or want a quiet room to relax and read a book, there’s a separate study area. There are maps and guidebooks for your use also.
There is Superfast Wi-Fi throughout the chalet.
Your meals are professionally prepared in a large modern farmhouse kitchen and served in the light and spacious dining room featuring two enormous oak tables, a fireplace and south facing views.
The chalet has a wine cellar, ideal if you have your favourite wines you wish to pre-order and have delivered in advance of your stay.
There is a large ski and boot room with ski racks and heated boot warmers, ensuring your boots are dry and warm ready for a marvellous day on the slopes. There’s also a separate cloakroom with rustic benches and plenty of hanging space.
There’s a relaxing Swedish sauna seating 15 people in a Mazot (traditional outhouse) with a separate shower and WC and views of the mountains. There is also a traditional hot tub seating up to eight people, also with fantastic views of the mountains.
Ferme St Christophe is set in some 3200m2 of grounds with its own orchard, ideal for soaking up the afternoon winter sunshine and providing an area for children to play and build snowmen.
Separate to the chalet and Mazot is The Barn, an excellent second entertaining space with comfy sofas, fireplace, a plasma TV and a huge double height beamed ceiling and views of the Criou mountain on the upper floor.
The lower floor is ideal for a peaceful yoga session or work out with its’ own shower and WC.

The hosts ensure your rooms and bathrooms are freshened up daily and the chalet is meticulously clean for your comfort and an evening turn down service is also offered to ensure your rooms are ready for a restful night sleep (on 6 days). Your spa towels are refreshed mid-week.
